Gary L. Pinion, D. Min. is founder and president of Encouragement Dynamics, a nonprofit ministry for hurt, wounded and discouraged pastors and churches across the nation. He has over thirty years of ministry experience, consulting and development and extensive research in the area of church growth.

Dr. Pinion's new book "CRUSHED, The Perilous Side Of Ministry" was released in 2007. He has authored numerous articles for Christian periodicals and magazines along with his Doctoral Dissertation, "How To Revitalize A Declining Church."  He received his Doctor of Ministry from Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry. He is a licensed associate instructor of the Encouragement Seminar, "Winning With Encouragement Ministries."  He is the Pacific Northwest Regional Director for PASTORCARE, The National Clergy Support Network.  He is a consultant for The John Morgan Company and presenter for the upper level organizational Leadership Horsepower Training. Dr. Pinion resides in Richland, Washington.
